Inhale. Exhale. Kristen can remember the first time she felt her body and breath moving together as one in a yoga class. In that moment, nothing else existed. That's the moment she understood the reason we practice. Yoga trains your mind to be free from the distractions of the external world and focus on a single point of attention, increasing levels of personal growth and inner awareness, giving you a greater sense of peace and happiness. In 2019 Kristen completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training to deepen this knowledge and understanding.
