
Ginny Atkison-Hall
Ginny took her first Yoga class Jan. 1, 2019 and fell in love with Yoga and how her practice helped her to feel grounded and settled. It became evident as 2019 progressed that Ginny felt a call to deepen her own practice and discovered a passion for sharing Yoga with others. Ginny ended 2019 by completing her 200 hour level, RYT-200 and became a registered Yoga instructor.
Ginny's classes are designed for all levels to help women find not only physical balance but balance in their lives - to find not only increasing physical strength but inner strength. Additional components to Ginny's classes focus on mindfulness and living in the moment, as well as learning to accept and love yourself.
One can benefit from yoga no matter what your age or season of life. Ginny works more now than she did before she retired, she is a grandmother of 4, and she says, "If I can do it, you can!" Come check it out!!
