I started doing Yoga about 15 years ago when I was having back spasms. Eventually, I found that Yoga not only helps us physically but it also teaches us to LET IT GO!! I work in a pretty stressful environment and learning how to remove stress from my life is the best thing I ever did for myself. I am looking forward to teaching others how to live stress free.
I found Yin Yoga about 2 years ago and I love the slowness of it and the ability to hold the poses longer and just breathe.
